Who We Are

Evan brings 14+ years of experience in business & risk management, trading, and product development within real estate and fixed income securitized products. Prior to joining Lift, Evan was a business analyst at Waterfall Asset Management where he was responsible for the analysis and risk management of performing and non-performing residential and small balance commercial whole loans and REO portfolios. Evan spent the first seven years of his career in the Securitized Products Group (SPG) at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on residential and commercial mortgage securitization. He sat on the trading desk in the Commercial Real Estate Lending Group, where he was charged with the risk management of the Firm’s principal commercial loan portfolio slated for securitization in the TOP, HQ, IQ shelves. Prior to that Evan was in the Collateral group within SPG, where he led a team charged with residential (Prime, Alt-A, Sub-Prime, and Scratch & Dent) loan processing for securitization. Evan attained an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School while working at Morgan Stanley.  He also holds a MEd in Organizational Leadership and a BS in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
